I am INCREDIBLY honored to be a part of the senior photography community. In the past year, since I decided to focus on Senior Portraits, I have had the opportunity to CONNECT with some amazing, very talented individuals! These creatives strongly believe that part of what makes us a unique community is our willingness to come together and BUILD EACH OTHER UP. While we are all vying to be successful in our respective businesses, it does not mean that we can not share, collaborate, and encourage each other along the way. My stylist, Stephanie and I, are just THRILLED to a part of Senior Lovin' and can't wait to see what fun we will have on this new adventure. |
My name is Emil…which backwards is LIME! Slice of Lime is truly a part of me and my heart for connecting with others. I am a dreamer, a helper, a wife, and a mom to three children of the furry variety. I am a lover of old things full of history, which means lots of time in thrift stores and antique stores. I have been wanting to flea market, but have yet to do so!! I believe to my core in using the gifts we have been given to impact the lives of others. I live that out through my passion for volunteerism and photography. This year was my first year focusing on Seniors and I can't say enough how grateful and blessed I feel to have had such a successful year. Stephanie went out on a limb in the spring and the end result was that we had the honor of being fashion contributors to Seniorologie for six months! I still can't believe that so early into our senior adventures we had such a fantastic opportunity. I can't say thanks enough to Leslie Kerrigan for giving us the chance to be a part of the awesome community she has built over at Seniorologie. When I am not taking pictures, I work at an Adoption & Foster Care agency. While I currently operate Slice of Lime out of my home, I dream of having a small space in the next year or two where I can create a little cocoon of awesomeness to welcome all my senior clients, their parents, and house our ever growing Slice of Style closet. Over the past year, I have become much more in tune with my STYLE and as I grow and evolve, so too do my tastes and preferences. The whole idea that "WE ALL SHINE DIFFERENTLY" is the philosophy behind my Slice Seniors experience. I am working hard to apply that to my own life, day-to-day. The biggest thing I've learned in the past year, is that we all have room to grow and there are things to be learned every day from those all around us. SOLP Features ♥
